APA - American Philosophical Association The Fall 2009 APA newsletter includes a discussion on Robot Consciousness featuring two papers, one by Stan Franklin, Bernard Baars, and Uma Ramamurthy, and other by Pentti Haikonen.

This fall newsletter on Philosophy and Computers from the American Philosophical Association includes a section titled "Discussion 1: On Robot Consciousness", where the following two papers can be found:
