No MRDS Simulation Competition at RoboCup 2009
Although Microsoft is still supporting RoboCup as sponsor, partnership with RoboCup has been relocated from Robotics Developer Studio team to Microsoft Research – Human-Robot Interaction.
This new focus implies that no MRDS RoboCup Simulation Competition will take place this year. According to Kyle Johns from MRDS development team, they are fully engaged in the development of future products and for that reason they will not be able to support the competition.
